Drove to San Diego in punishing rainstorm, 9 hours all told, on Saturday. Spent Sunday with my grandmother and sundry extended family. Returned to LA late Sunday night. Haven’t stopped running since – day and early evening full of appointments yesterday, all-day off-site meeting today. Will write conclusion and report on recent events very soon. Experiencing re-entry challenges, but good to see both people and canines.

Wow, it seems just like yesterday that Chuck and I were at the Ridge for our 1 week stay and you have just completed 10!! What a accomplishment!!! You are gonna do great, just remember Emily’s 90/10 plan. But boy it is hard with everyone bringing in candy and cookies to work at this time of year!
